PROBANK, considers its employees of pivotal importance, and is staffed by experienced executives in the bank market, a fact which contributes to its rapid growth. The Bank’s employment policy follows a written examination and interview procedure. The candidates should hold academic and/or professional qualification in finance. The philosophy behind human resources development lies in the fact that the Bank wishes to staff its development from within. The new employees without any Bank experience are integrated in an intensive training course, based on the demands and specifications of PROBANK. When this course comes to its end, they are able to occupy posts in branches and departments. PROBANK believes in an ongoing education and therefore, seminars and tutorials based on a comprehensive training program are held on a regular basis covering the whole of the scope of banking. The employees were largely involved in the composition of the Bank’s Shareholder basis and their majority is also shareholders. The Bank’s employees who hold a university degree amount to 62% of the personnel.
