Classic Branches

The Bank has developed a network of comprehensive Bank services constituting of 112 Branches in the major cities in Greece, focusing on the large urban centers. The Bank through the branch network and with its subsidiaries offers a full range of services to professionals, companies, as individuals.

New Concept Branches
In its continuing efforts to improve operations and comply with modern requirements, the Bank has introduced a complementary network of “new concept” branches. These branches offer a full range of Bank’s services and operate with the same flexibility and effectiveness. As a result of the centralization of a number of operations, as well as the adoption of new processes and high technology, the “New concept” branches require a smaller number of staff, less operating cost; thus increasing the time available for a better customer service. By the end of 2011 this network reached 13 branches.

ΑΤΜ & APM
The Bank has developed a sufficient large network of 185 Automated Teller Machines (ATM),115 of which are installed at the Bank’s branches, 70 are located at off branches spaces along with 10 Automated Payment Machines (APM). There are also 8 info kiosks, which are located in the Bank’s “new concept” branches and through which the customer can be fully informed. E-Banking
The Bank offers a highly secure e-banking service which permits individuals or companies to perform transactions with absolute safety.  Α wide range of services are offered to customers based on Web technology including complete account information, money transfer within Greece (inter & outer PROBANK) and abroad, credit card payments (of all banking institutions), payments of mobile telephony or utility bills, tax payment and social security payments as well as payroll information registration.

24-hour customer service
To enhance its customer service, the Bank upgraded its 24-hour call center services.  It provides assistance and information regarding issues that deal with e-banking, credit cards, cash cards as on   other general issues
